Easy Instant Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Spaghetti is easy enough as it is when cooking on the cooktop but making this in the Instant Pot is even easier. It cuts down on the cleanup and the end result is fantastic.

How to Make Easy Instant Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Easy Instant Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Ingredients
- Splash olive oil (about 1 Tbsp)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 c water, divided
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce (Rao’s is awesome)!
- 8 oz dry spaghetti (broken in half)
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving
Directions
- Put Instant Pot on Sauté. Once heated, add olive oil and brown beef.
- Once browned, turn off the pot. Add 1/2 c water and scrape the pot bottom to remove any cooked-on meat. Add the sauce and stir.
- Scatter the spaghetti in different directions/layers on top of meat sauce.
- Pour remaining 1 1/2 c water over the spaghetti. DO NOT STIR.
- Lock the lid and seal the valve. Set on High pressure for 8 min.
- When time is up, do a quick pressure release. Open the lid and stir.
- Remove inner pot and allow to sit for a few minutes before serving. The sauce may appear a little “soupy” initially but will thicken up.
