How to make Instant Pot Easy Hamburger Stroganoff
Instant Pot Easy Hamburger Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 3 c. beef broth
- 3 c. egg noodles uncooked
- 1 c. sour cream
- (optional: add an 8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms)
Directions
- Spray Instant Pot interior with cooking spray and set to sauté.
- Brown the ground beef along with the onion and garlic.
- Once browned, stir in the flour.
- Pour the beef broth, mushroom soup, salt and pepper and stir.
- Add the noodles and push down. Do not stir.
- Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 8 min.
- When the time is up, natural release the pressure for five minutes then quick release.
- Carefully remove the lid and stir in sour cream until combined.
Note: I have subbed French onion dip for sour cream when I am out. It is delicious!
